Important notifications
Second Semester Examination 2025
During the First Semester 2025, examination papers were printed and distributed to examination centres and students were required to use a cell phone to scan and submit their answer scripts after completion, at these centres.
The Second Opportunity examination proved particularly challenging for students, primarily due to the limited number of available examination centres, requiring some students to travel far to write the exams.
Therefore, during the 2nd Semester Examination 2025 period, the NWU will implement a fully online assessment process (please see requirements on the letter attached below).
Current students - take note! Multi-Factor Authentication for Microsoft 365 access
Microsoft has already started gradually enforcing MS 365 MFA in the worldwide Microsoft environment from 15 October 2024. What this means is that prior to logging into your MS365 account and accessing the Microsoft applications, you will be required to verify your MS365 account. All students will be required to do MS 365 MFA by January 2025, when Microsoft will enforce this security measure for all NWU staff accounts. Click Here to learn more.
